MIMA – Modular Interior Furnishing Manufacturers Association is a professionally registered industry association representing modular interior manufacturers, furnishing manufacturers, industry professionals and allied businesses under one platform.
The modular interior manufacturing industry has emerged as an important part of India’s housing, construction, real-estate and manufacturing ecosystem. In North Kerala alone, MIMA represents a network of 200+ modular manufacturing factories, with significant investments in manufacturing infrastructure, machinery and technology. The combined investment represented by these manufacturing units is estimated to be more than ₹400 crore.
Across the MIMA member ecosystem, approximately 6,000 workers are directly employed, while nearly 15,000 additional workers are engaged through outsourced, contract and allied activities. Thus, the sector supports an employment ecosystem of approximately 21,000 workers.

Operation and daily maintenance of heavy-duty automatic edgebanding machinery (PUR glue application, corner rounding, fine scraping, and edge tape trimming).
